Through strategic and collaborative working, the right candidate will support the Director of Adults and Community Wellbeing in the delivery of the council’s strategic vision in North Lincolnshire for vulnerable adults and their families. The post holder will have accountability for continuing high standards and performance, and autonomy to develop and further improve the quality of services provided.
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a supported, experienced and outward looking leadership team, who draw on a wide range of professional and specialist support to ensure excellence across the service.
