A new Doncaster based PR company has received a boost to its business from TV Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis.
Pudding PR, only opened its doors to the public during November but has already been chosen by the renowned entrepreneur as a Small business Sunday winner.
Liam Grady, Director of Pudding PR tweeted Theo about his business during ‘Small Business Sunday’ an initiative set up by Theo that runs weekly.
Theo re-tweeted the message to his 460,000 followers and as a result Pudding PR received a number enquiries into its services, from all over the country, as well as gaining a new family on Twitter.
As part of being a Small Business Sunday winner, Pudding PR will be profiled on Theo’s dedicated Small Business Sunday website Small Business Sunday that is exclusive to Small Business Sunday winners.
Liam said: “As we are a small business, there is no better accolade we could have received at this stage, especially from such a high profile character. Once the tweet was sent by Theo on Monday night, my phone gave off a continuous bleep due to the notifications. A really nice touch is all the previous winners have sent their well wishes and have shared their own business tips.”
“Normally it takes a while to get a new business up and running, but since Pudding PR went operational we have already had the pleasure of working with a number of amazing businesses in South Yorkshire, like the award winning, Attract, and new creative business UnBloq Ltd. However nothing compares to the assistance and the right kickstart to 2015 a business man like Theo Paphitis can bring, just through his excellent reputation alone.
“We have received enquiries from around the UK and we have brought on additional clients this week alone. We are proud to have received this accolade and hope this will help connect Pudding PR to other business across the region of South Yorkshire and beyond.”
