Doncaster family run bakery, the Topping Pie Company, has secured a deal with a leading supermarket to sell its pies.
It has secured the deal with leading regional food and drink retailer Booths to supply a new range of speciality pork pies, including a bespoke apple topped product for the deli counters of its 30-strong store base.
Following the success of the Toppings festive range, Booths has now listed four new products from the award-winning pie maker, including a new Bramley apple topped pork pie (120g), created especially for the retailer.
Booths delis have introduced a new Toppings Dinky caramelised red onion topped pork pie (120g); a Pickle and cheese topped pork pie (190g) and a Stilton topped pork pie (190g). The popular Huntsman pork and chicken pie (450g) is also now available.
Topping baking family Matthew, Roger, Maggie and Mark Topping were all celebrating this week after securing the deal.
Hand finished at the Yorkshire bakery using premium British Red Tractor pork and locally sourced ingredients, Toppings pies are inspired by Maggie Topping’s family recipes and baked to look home-made.
