Local firms have been invited to an event which could be to their credit.
As part of Yorkshire Bank’s Business Week there will be a presentation showing firms how to make a good credit application.
The aim of the session, which has been organised in partnership with Doncaster Chamber, is to help the local business community to understand how they can present an application to the bank which gives greater understanding of the business. The presentation will cover the different sources of information used within credit assessment, why this is important to the Bank and ultimately how they will use it. It will also cover how banks monitor performance once money has been lent and the importance of having an awareness of the overall business position of your company within the larger industry in which it operates.
The presentation is to be delivered by Paul Wainwright, the bank’s head of small business credit and will take place from 8 to 9.30am on Tuesday at Doncaster Racecourse.
