First South Yorkshire said they cannot run the number 15 service in Edlington, which runs to the top of Stubbins Hill due to badly parked cars.
It is not known when the service will resume.
Residents of Stubbins Hill have reported receiving letters from St Leger Homes Doncaster stating not to park on the grassed area outside their homes otherwise risk costs or fines hence them having no option but to park on the road.
