Bumper turnout expected for Isle's June event
Plans are in place for this summer's charity Isle Tractor Run on June 19, with around 100 vehicles expected.
The route, beginning at Mowbray Street at 10am, will follow the direction of Owston Ferry along Main Street to the White Hart, along the Trent then to Bagsby Road. Tractors process to Newlands Farm then off road to Beltoft Road, turning to North Moor and across private land to the A161 Belton, to be at the Wheatsheaf in Belton for lunch at noon. The route then continues to Belshaw Lane and Sandtoft Road, left towards Epworth and Stud Cross, then off road to Burnham Road A161 and back to the start around 2pm in time for the 3pm flight.
