Boyzone are officially back on the road in February 2011 with a full UK tour. After celebrating their recent Number 1 album, Brother (the sixth album of their seventeen year career) the Boyz are hugely excited to finally be looking forward to this new chapter in Boyzone’s ongoing story with 12 UK dates.

The tour will stop off at the Motorpoint Arena on Sunday 27th February 2011. Tickets are priced £35.50 (subject to booking fee).

Said Ronan on announcing the tour ‘There was a time there when the lads and I didn’t know whether we would ever get back up on stage together again - we just didn’t know if we could do it as a four-piece. We played three tracks live at the Albert Hall a couple of weeks ago and the reception was just unbelievable. We all came off stage buzzing, knowing that we had the full support of the fans and it all just suddenly felt so right. We can’t wait to get back on the road together.’

Boyzone last toured in the spring/summer of 2009 with their sell-out Better Tour. The Brother Tour promises to be even bigger and better and will include tracks such as the Top Ten single Gave It All Away and fan’s favourite, Love Is A Hurricane, both taken from the Number 1 album, Brother. They will sit alongside classics such as Picture Of You, Love Me For A Reason, No Matter What as well as a few surprises along the way.

Last year, the UK tuned in to see Boyzone: Life After Stephen on ITV2; a documentary charting the difficult journey of Ronan, Keith, Mikey and Shane as they came to terms with the loss of their dear friend and band mate, Stephen Gately. Previous to that, on ITV1, Boyzone: A Tribute To Stephen Gately aired as an hour-long special featuring the Boyz performing with special guests including Westlife, Nadine Coyle and Mika, as they all shared special memories of their sadly lost and much missed friend.

Supporting Boyzone in Sheffield will be Wonderland, the part-Irish, part English quintet - Sharon Condon, Corrina Durran, Jodi Albert, Kasey Smith and Leigh Learmont who were hand-picked by chart impresario, Louis Walsh and Westlife’s Kian Egan.

Tickets for Boyzone’s Sheffield show are priced £35.50 (subject to booking fee) available in person at the Arena Box Office, by phone on 0114 256 5656 or online at or
