Boy, eight, seriously inured in collision with car in Doncaster street

An eight-year-old boy is in hospital with serious injuries after a collision in a Doncaster street.

The youngster was hit by a silver Mercedes A-Class car on West End Avenue, Bentley, at around 6.50pm yesterday.

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries and remains there today.
