The wide ranging menu includes starters such as chef’s homemade special fishcakes, Jamaican lamb parcels or slow-roasted crispy belly pork. Mains include such mouthwatering dishes as grilled rib eye steak, Caribbean jerk chicken and fresh oven-baked tuna.

In addition there are side dishes including hand-cut chips and crispy homemade onion rings, chef special sauces including Jamacian jerk or Stilton, tasty desserts such as sticky toffee and ginger pudding, double chocolate mousse or caramelised apple and rum parfait.

All mouthwatering meals are served Wednesday to Saturday inclusive, 5pm to 11pm, and Sunday noon to 6pm.
