Board game marathon

A Doncaster creative agency is celebrating raising almost £5,000 for the NSPCC through their 24-hour big board game marathon.

Workers at Moirae Creative joined forces with the children’s charity, with a team playing a different board game every hour for 24 hours as part of the Hasbro’s national Big Board Game Marathon.

The event was live streamed on social media and has raised £4,825 so far, with donations still coming in.

David Plant, managing director of Moirae Creative, said: “All the staff at Moirae were really behind the 24 hour big board game marathon and had such good fun taking part. It’s the first time we have done something for the NSPCC but we will definitely be looking to do more in the future for such a worthwhile charity.”

“Next year, we are aiming to complete a 48 hour board game marathon with a £10,000 target.”
