ASK Italian, one of the UK’s leading restaurant brands, this evening toasts arrival of new Italian white wine infused sorbet by unveiling giant Prosecco Tower at its York restaurant.

Made up of over 140 coupes brim-filled with bubbles, guests will be invited to sip on Prosecco and enjoy scoops of newly launched Prosecco Sorbet creation at Thursday's spring soiree.

Celebrating its cork-popping 25th anniversary, ASK Italian's arguably most stunning restaurant is within The Grand Assembly Rooms on Blake Street.

General Manager Paul says: “Our Prosecco Sorbet is the perfect sweet treat this spring. We’re very excited to launch it with our Prosecco Tower!

"We’d love our friends in Yorkshire to join us for an evening of bubbles and raise a toast to the last 25 years of ASK Italian.”
