There will be four session times at 10am, noon, 2pm and 4pm.

A statement added: “You have to book online only for all sessions, so please don’t visit The Dome without a ticket because we will not be able to sell you one on the day.

“We have reduced the usual capacity of the rink in line with Government advice, as well as having strict Covid-secure protocol in place across the whole site to ensure we are keeping you and our staff members as safe as possible.

“There will be a separate entry and exit point in place to reduce the number of people that you come into contact with, and we kindly ask you to try and stick to your family and friendship groups as much as possible when on the ice.

“Unfortunately, we are unable to hire out penguin and snowmen at this time.”

The venue’s Lagoons swimming pool is now also open again following the coronavirus lockdown.
