A cyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a collision with a lorry in Doncaster

There has been traffic delays today in Doncaster due to a collision between a lorry and a push bike.

South Yorkshire Police said: “Police were called at 11.19 am this morning with reports of a collision between a lorry and a push bike on Warmsworth Road, Balby.“One person, the cyclist, has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.“The road remains closed at this time and people are being advised to avoid the area.”
