Come along to Town Field on Saturday and join us for the Well Wish Society Family Fun Day.

Car boot sale, pie fight, bouncy castles, rodeo bull, human pie invaders, face painting, penalty shoot out, and many more stalls.

2013 is the centenary of ‘Pieing’ - the act of throwing a pie into someone’s face.

It was 100 years ago on July 17, 1913, that Mack Sennett released his film; ‘Noise from the Deep’, which featured the first custard pie ever to be thrown into someone’s face for comic effect.

In celebration of this the Well Wish Society is asking for your help to break the current Guinness World Record for the Largest Shaving Foam Pie Fight Singular Event. We want you to come along and;

‘Throw a pie in the face of Cancer.’

Our cause is to raise money for children suffering from Neuroblastoma so that they may receive the treatments they so dearly need. In addition, we also wish to raise awareness of the plight of children and families who suffer from this condition which is one of the most common forms of childhood cancer.

Our Slogan is: ‘Throw a Pie in the face of Cancer!’

Each person taking part in the event would receive a certificate stating that they were part of a Guinness World Record event.
