Leeds this weekend stages local leg of Paul Weller's winter tour.

One of the hardest working performers in the music industry graces First Direct Arena stage on Sunday.

The Jam former frontman's gig will celebrate 12th solo studio album Saturns Pattern.

The concert is also set to sound check envious back catalogue also encompassing Style Council years.

Backed by Ocean Colour Scene-The Moons members Steve Cradock, Andy Lewis, Andy Crofts, Steve Pilgrim and Ben Gordelier, the 57-year-old shows no signs of tiring, turning in two-hour shows on this tour.

Since bursting onto the scene almost four decades ago, he has penned such modern classics as The Changingman, Broken Stones and You Do Something To Me.

It's a must-see show by the multi-award winning artist - Ivor Novello Lifetime Achievement, BRIT Best Male Solo Artists and NME Godlike Genius Award among accolades amassed.

Weller is supported by Scottish trio Young Fathers, who won 2014 Mercury Music Prize with debut album Dead.
