OUTDOOR fitness classes are being organised to take place at Thorne Rugby Club.
The sessions will combine cardiovascular and strength work as well as core stability and torso training.
This will be mixed up with some military style training to give a diverse, fun and effective total body workout.
The classes are open to all abilities and will take place every Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm and on a Sunday between 9am and 10am.
