Both the Doncaster Knights RUFC first team and the Sheffield Steelers ice hockey team spattered each other with paint during a head to head paintball contest.
The Steelers played paintball and really got stuck in, going through nearly 1,000 paintballs each in just eight games. They also made full use of smoke grenades, trying to ambush the Predator – and failing! They said the event was a perfect follow-up to their recent 6-0 win over the Cardiff Devils. The Steelers are at the top of UK ice hockey and said they’d loved the team building at Bawtry Paintball Fields.
They pledged to return to BPF in March to fire some arrows on the paintball courses brand new archery range, and try out the new knife & Tomahawk axe throwing range too.
