The new additions will launch the branch’s lettings service and bring the experienced team to a total of nine offering sales, lettings and mortgage services.

Gina joins with seven years’ experience in the property industry and brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the local property market and a passion for helping people find their perfect rental property. Shauni joins the branch with a strong focus on customer service and is excited to put her skills to use in the lettings industry.

Gina said: “I’m thrilled to start managing the lettings division at the Banner Cross branch and to join the already brilliant team offering a fully comprehensive service to our local customers. Mine and Shauni’s recent appointments will set us up to deal quickly and effectively with any kind of property enquiry that people may have, and we look forward to helping as many customers as possible with their rental needs.

“Sheffield is a lively, vibrant city and the rental market is performing really well at the moment,” Gina continues. “The city is full of buy-to-let opportunities, and we’d like to remind landlords of the fully comprehensive lettings service that we offer – from finding great rental properties and finding the perfect tenant, to rent collection and portfolio management. Please do feel free to pop in and speak to us any time if you’d like to discuss our services in more detail.”

The rental market in and around Sheffield is currently thriving and demand for homes to rent is soaring. The branch is particularly in need of family homes, with many families now choosing to rent before buying when moving to the city. As a thriving university city, demand is also high for student accommodation, so the branch is urging local landlords with a property to let to get in touch.

William H Brown Banner Cross offers a range of lettings services and advice, from matching tenants to their ideal properties to full property management, rent collection and insurance advice.
