Taylor Wimpey has launched the homes at its Wheatley Hall Mews development, off Wheatley Hall Road – and is now offering socially distanced appointments.

Work on the 145-home scheme started last summer. It is part of Harworth Group’s Riverdale Park regeneration scheme, which will see the 112-acre former McCormick Tractor Factory site transformed into more than 600 homes, employment space, a care home, community hub, leisure facilities and public open space.

Ross Clarkson, Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire sales director, said: “We’re pleased to be opening our new show homes in a safe and responsible way.

“Socially distanced viewings will allow potential customers to get a feel for the new development and begin to envisage what their life could look like here.”

The show homes include the three-bedroom, semi-detached Braxton and the four bedroom, detached Coltham.

Taylor Wimpey describes the Braxton as “perfect for first-time buyers, couples and families looking for a little extra space”, while the Coltham, which includes an integral garage, is said to be “ideal for growing families”.

Properties on the development range between £179,995 and £279,995.
