A spokesman for Ernest Wilsons & Co Limited, who is marketing the business, said: “An opportunity to acquire this bar and restaurant premises situated in an excellent trading position in the town of Mexborough. This is a substantial, detached freehold premises and has been leased out for the last ten years.

On the first floor there a restaurant and bar, kitchens, decked patio, seating area and courtyard. There is an option to acquire a further retail unit with a store room at a price of £35,000.”
