New showhome launched at 19 house development in Doncaster

The 1.5 acre site of the former Warmsworth Reservoir was acquired from Keyland Developments Ltd, sister-company to Yorkshire Water.

Conroy Brook sister company Ben Bailey Homes is building The Halt, a selection of 19 three and four bedroom family homes ranging in price from £225,000 to £350,000.

Some of the homes are available through the ‘Help to Buy’ first time buyers initiative.

And there have already been six properties reserved off plan.

“We are delighted that interest in this new Ben Bailey site has proved so popular,” said sales director Jon Bailey.

“Enquires have been high in advance of the show home launch and we expect interest can only grow once people see the standard of property we are providing.

“This is an area ripe for growth and The Halt really does bring great family homes to an increasingly popular part of South Yorkshire ”
