But, now it could be yours for the grand sum of £275,000.

Barnsdales Ltd who is marketing the property said it is a “rare opportunity” and is “suitable for redevelopment”.

The property on The Grange also comes with two other floors along with the restaurant.

A spokesman from Barnsdales Ltd said: “Internally the property is arranged as a restaurant on the ground floor with dining areas, a bar, kitchen, WC facilities, and stores. To the first floor is further space and storage, as well as bathroom facilities and a living space. The second floor requires works to be used as anything other than storage space.”
