Doncaster care home staff stage festive pantomime for residents

Staff at a Doncaster care home have brought some much needed festive sparkle to residents by staging a festive pantomime.

Carers at Adeline House in Thorne produced their very own version of Cinderella much to the delight of the home’s residents.

A spokesman said: “We had so much fun making this and the residents really enjoyed it as you can hear in the video.

“We would have loved for you all to be sat beside us joining in all of the fun but we thought we’d video it and share it for you all!

Workers donned costumes and threw themselves into the performance with residents giggling along to the festive fun production.

“The residents here haven’t seen their families in so long and the families haven’t been able to see them.”
