Arctic Monkeys reveal double homecoming shows

SHEFFIELD legends the Arctic Monkeys are to play two home town shows in a custom designed tent in Don Valley Bowl on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th June.

Tickets are priced £32.50 each (subject to booking fee) and go on sale at 9am on Friday 11th February through the Arena Ticket Shop on 0114 256 55 67 or online at

The band last played in Sheffield when they made their Arena debut in November 2009 in front of over 13,000 fans. This show will see them playing in a massive custom designed tent on the bowl which is bordered by four Sheffield International Venues’ (SIV) facilities – Don Valley Stadium, the English Institute of Sport – Sheffield (EISS), IceSheffield and the Motorpoint Arena.

In order to protect genuine fans from being exploited by ticket touts measures have been put in place by the band and their management team. Tickets are limited to 4 per household, the surname of the card holder along with the last four digits of the card used to make the booking will be printed on each ticket and need to be presented to gain access to the show. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult and no under 14s will not be admitted to the show.
