The 13 Doncaster postcodes with new Covid cases this week- including one with 23

At least three new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in 13 parts of Doncaster, with 23 in one area of the town.

A new interactive map breaks down the number of people testing positive for coronavirus by neighbourhood from September 11-17, revealing the spots with the highest infection rate.

The map, produced by Public Health England, only shows those areas with three or more cases during the latest week.

Here’s the full list of all neighbourhoods within Doncaster in which three or more confirmed cases of coronavirus were recorded.

MEXBOROUGH

This area recorded a whopping 23 new cases between September 11-17, one of the highest spikes in the country.

CENTRAL DONCASTER AND HYDE PARK

This area saw the second highest rise in cases- with seven recorded in the past week.

NEW ROSSINGTON

Six new cases were recorded here in the week leading up to September 17.

BALBY SOUTH

Five new cases were recorded in this area within the past week.

SPOTBROUGH

The village of Spotbrough recorded five new cases between Septeber 11-17.

BESSACARR GRANGE AND LAKESIDE

Four new cases were reported in this area in the week leading up to September 17.

EDENTHORPE AND MERE LANE

This area recorded four new cases of Covid-19 in the past week.

WHEATLEY PARK

Four new cases were recorded here in the week leading up to September 17.

CONISBROUGH NORTH

This area recorded three new cases between September 11-17.

CONISBROUGH SOUTH

There were three new cases of the virus here within the past week.

CANTLEY PARK

Three new cases were recorded here in the past week.

ARMTHORPE SOUTH

This area recorded three new cases between September 11-17.
