Staff in the Talking Shop in Scunthorpe encourage people to call in between 2-4pm and sample taster sessions on the services it provides, to help overcome common mental health conditions.

Based at 19 Market Hill, the Talking Shop provides free talking therapies to people over the age of 18, who may have depression, low mood, anxiety, and fears or problems coping with daily life and relationships.
