Doncaster Same Day Health Centre on South Parade is provided and run by FCMS (NW) Limited. The latest assessment was carried out in April 2024, with the report published on October 8.

Hide AdIn all categories – safety, efficiency, caring, response and leadership – inspectors found them to be good.
The report read: “People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from a recent patient survey questionnaire and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services.
"Due to the nature of the service the provider did not have an active patient participation group (PPG). Overall experience from the patient survey questionnaires showed an overall experience of the service as positive (88.7 per cent).”

Hide AdAdding: “The provider had implemented a new management structure in early January 2024 which was showing signs of being well embedded and had developed good governance arrangements.”
The Same Day Health Centre offers advice and treatment for minor illness and injury if you are unable to see your GP.
A spokesman said: “The Doncaster Same Day Health Centre can help with conditions such as: sore throats, earaches, coughs, colds, sprains and strains. Contact the centre if you have been unable to schedule an urgent appointment with your GP practice. Remember, a well-stocked medicine cabinet can help treat a range of minor illnesses and injuries.”
