Sandalwood is a purpose-built social centre for people living with dementia and older people who are socially isolated or have long term health needs.

The TDAS Admiral Nurses can give you the knowledge you need to understand dementia, the skills and tools to improve communication with your loved one, and can provide emotional and psychological support to help you continue caring for your family member.
Dementia Advisers at the service can help you to access support groups in the community, meet other people with similar circumstances to your own, signpost to other support and much more.
