Yorkshire records no coronavirus deaths in 24 hours

Yorkshire has recorded no coronavirus deaths in the previous 24 hours for only the second time since the pandemic began.

There were no Covid-19-related deaths in the region on July 19, the first time a zero total has been recorded since July 3 and only the second time since March 31.

The figure refers to deaths at health facilities submitted by NHS trusts within Yorkshire and the Humber.
