Number of Doncaster hospital patients with Covid remains at zero, bosses say
The number of Doncaster hospital patients being treated for Covid is zero again, health bosses have said.
In its weekly update on Doncaster’s coronavirus situation, Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust reported another week where all three hospitals could report zero cases.
A spokesman said: “Check out these zeros!
"At the time of writing, the number of those with us with COVID-19 stands at 0 at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, 0 at Bassetlaw Hospital, 0 at Montagu Hospital
"Whilst we did have an admission earlier in the week, they have been safely discharged following care and we're now enjoying the three magic zeros once again!
More than 3,300 have been treated in hospital for coronavirus during the pandemic while sadly there have been nearly 900 deaths from the disease in Doncaster.
"For your part, please stay safe and sensible, and put your arm forward when called for a COVID-19 vaccine.”
