The latest increase brings the total number of confirmed cases in the town to 15, with the first death announced on Monday.
There have been no new deaths in Doncaster or South Yorkshire from Covid-19 since yesterday, when a fourth person died in nearby Sheffield after being diagnosed with the illness.
There are now more than 200 confirmed cases in South Yorkshire.
