“But I’ve also called friends - a lot of people will be spending more time online over the next few weeks so why not use it as an opportunity to talk to people that you usually don’t get the chance to.

“I rang my friend the other day and she was so surprised she thought it was an emergency because nobody actually uses the phone anymore.”

Roxie says she will also be trying to stay productive around the house - and will fight against the urge to procrastinate and get odd jobs done.

“I think you mentally feel better when you’ve accomplished something and you can check it off a list - even if that thing is tiny.

“I also think you should surround yourself with things that make you smile.”

For Roxie that something is Disney - her home is filled with decorations from films such as Toy Story, Beauty and the Beast and Mickey Mouse.

She said: “I have loved Disney since I was a child and it gives a magical feeling to people.”
