The Keepmoat Stadium is one of the five local vaccination centres set up across the town and are scheduled to open this week, as part of the government's effort to vaccinate almost 14 million of the most vulnerable in the UK by mid-February.
In order to receive the vaccination, people will be contacted directly by the NHS either in the form of a letter from their GP or their national booking system.

The Moderna vaccine was given the green light on 8 January, and is expected to arrive in the UK in spring.
