To mark mental health awareness week, Hexthorpe Primary Academy took part in a festival of kindness to provide support to its school staff, pupils and families during lockdown.

The Astrea Academy Trust launched a series of virtual events to raise awareness and remove the stigma of mental health.Pupils took part in activities including making pictures and messages out of natural objects whilst out on their walks and making a compliments jar.
