Sammy Booth found herself in need of a hobby when the coronavirus meant she couldn’t return to work at The Earl of Doncaster after maternity leave.
The mum aged 32 from Mexborough decided to start a business named Elizabeth's Bowtique which specialises in children's hair accessories.

Sammy named her new business after her daughter Elizabeth who she has been making hair bows and headbands for since she was a newborn.
She said: “It has given me that sense of self back.

“I find it relaxing to create and I love that my accessories bring joy to those who buy them.”
Sammy says that she hopes her hair bows and clips will inspire parents to have a dress-up day every once in a while.
“We’ve all been lazing around in our pyjamas for months but it’s nice to dress up some days,” she continued.
“Put on a pretty dress and take some photos.”

“It’s becoming more common to support those in your community as opposed to bigger business - as a family, I have found us switching to local throughout the last few months.”
Sammy is expanding into personalised baby clothes in the near future and has seasonal plans for a range of Christmas decorations.
The hair accessories start at around £3 and go up to £10.
