Kristy runs her business with the ethos that women need to appreciate their bodies before they start a weight loss transformation.

“I teach them all things to do with nutrition through videos I post on my Facebook Group.

“I guide them to make informed choices about their diets after I’ve myth busted things such as intermittent fasting which is really only skipping your breakfast.”

Kristy believes it’s her job to give people the right tools to help themselves.

She said: “No two people have the same body or the same lifestyle so their diets should not be the same.

“I believe that the person who has lived in that body their whole life knows best.

“I really went through the wringer and I don’t want anyone else to go through that.”
