Doncaster car retailer wins prestigious award for its tenacity during the pandemic

The team at Riverside Volvo Doncaster received the award for showing tenacity and maintaining positivity throughout a difficult year, which has led to some truly industry-leading results.

In a year like no other, the Doncaster team worked tirelessly to ensure a safe and simple experience for all customers. This focus on customer service and satisfaction saw them deliver an outstanding performance – hitting 106 per cent of their new car sales target and a market share of 3.4 per cent.

The award comes at the beginning of a year of investment for Riverside Volvo in Doncaster, with a new pre-delivery inspection facility being built, and a significant investment in a showroom refurbishment which is due to break ground later in the year.
