Food lover Roxana Woolley from Intake decided to set up Yolo Food Box after clients of her personal trainer husband started to ask her advice on nutrition.

The 29-year-old said: “I was already cooking in a healthy way for myself and my husband but then I started to make shakes and bars for my husband's clients.

“A lot of us have been guilty of being a bit lazy during the pandemic which I can totally understand.

“Standing in queues for the supermarket and the new normal can be off-putting.

“So I thought I could make it easier for people to be healthy.”

She has three diet plans based on caloric intake and restrictions and allergies can be worked around.

“Many people are busy with work and do not have time to prepare themselves healthy meals,” she continued.

“If they’re not cooking they have more time to spend with their families.”

“I currently buy the raw goods from the Doncaster Market,” she said.

“It’s so important to support our independent industries and I want to be able to tell my customers exactly where their food was grown.”
