Gorgeous photos show off Doncaster’s beauty during lockdown

A photographer is using his daily exercise to take photos of Doncaster’s natural wonders during the pandemic - check out a collection of his work in this photo gallery.

From clear waters at Lakeside to cherry blossom season in Tickhill, photographer Graham Beardsley from Balby has been using his talent to show the natural beauty of our town.

The 56-year-old from Balby has been using his daily exercise to cycle through Doncaster and stops to take photos when inspiration hits.

“I got my passion for photography from my Dad who was always a keen amateur photographer,” he said.

“I have just taken the leap into becoming a full-time photographer before the pandemic and I’m raring to get going when this has all settled down.”

Normally Graham would be focusing on sports and lifestyle photography but due to current circumstances has turned his lens to the natural world.

He has recently been taking 30 to 60-minute bike rides with his camera and jumping off to take shots of fields, swans, and spring flowers.

The name of Graham’s photography business is Atmospheric Images and you can see even more of his photos on his Instagram here.

He is looking to be commissioned and can be contacted there.
