“I’m doing one to one Zoom classes to be able to speak to these families and find out what their concerns are - a problem shared is a problem halved.”

Despite the current climate, Nichola says that new parents should relish this time with their newborns.

“Don’t take this time for granted,” she continued.

“I can’t imagine being a new mum without support from friends and professionals.

“I would normally be able to give mums a hug to reassure them that they’re doing a great job but now I’m relaying that message online instead.”

Baby Bunnies usually runs in-person classes across Doncaster with a focus on massage, yoga and exercise.

Nichola said: “I went from working five and a half days a week to nothing at all but then I was encouraged to set up online classes and it lifts me up.

“I’m balancing doing the online classes with teaching my own children at home.

Nichola is also running a class for new dads on a Sunday afternoon which she says has had a lot of interest.

There is also an exercise class for mums which is aimed towards getting them to focus on their mental health.

Nichola works with children as young as newborns up until age seven.

Currently, Nichola is offering a one to one session then five additional sessions for £30.
