Hide AdIt was confirmed earlier this week that supporters would be permitted to return in Tier 1 and Tier 2 areas, with capacities of 4,000 and 2,000 respectively.
Rovers must now play the waiting game in order to get supporters back into the Keepmoat for the first time since February 29.
It is possible that Rovers will play in front of a crowd sooner rather than later.
Northampton has been placed in Tier 2, with Rovers set to visit Sixfields on December 5, which would allow up to 2,000 supporters to be present.

December 2 hosts Hull City are in a Tier 3 area, as are the side Rovers will visit on December 19, Burton Albion.
The next away match for Rovers where supporters could be present is the January 2 trip to Peterborough United.
