'˜New man' Cunningham set for featherweight bow
The Woodlands fighter will take on Jamie Speight on a packed night of boxing at The Dome, commencing his quest for titles at a new weight.
The 27-year-old has previously competed at super flyweight and super bantamweight, and won English and Commonwealth titles at bantamweight.

“I believe this is my weight,” he told the Free Press. “I had success at bantamweight so I never moved up because opportunities kept coming up for me.
“But thinking about it now, I wish I’d have done it a lot sooner.
“I’m just better all round. You’ll see it, I’m going to shock a lot of people.

Cunningham last month signed a new three year management contract with Stefy Bull, who is promoting Saturday night’s card.
Other Doncaster interest on the night sees Stainforth’s Aston Jolly challenge for the vacant Central Area super welterweight title against Evaldas Korsakas.
Jolly (8-2-1) was edged out in a cracking fight with Barnsley’s Matthew Mallin for the Central Area middleweight title a year ago but goes again for championship glory.
The 28-year-old eased to a points win last time out in November.
