Missing teen is found and is receiving medical care
A teenager who was reported missing earlier today has been found.
Charlie Slater, 15, went missing this morning and there was concern for his welfare as he suffers a life-threatening medical condition.
Charlie has now been found and is receiving appropriate medical care.
Officers leading the search for the 15-year-old would like to thank the public for their help.
