Doncaster crafter is making reusable cloths to replace plastic filled disposable wipes
Jill Brooksbank owner of Forever Enchanted Gifts, 44, from Askern has always had a passion for crafts but it wasn’t until recently that she began selling her work at the stall Art and Eco in the new Wool Market.
Jill is co-owner of the stall along side Niki Gaylor-Brookes, they set up the stall as they felt there was a lack of places in Doncaster to buy environmentally friendly products.

“People were asking for them when they came to the stall. They didn’t want to use disposable wipes which can be made up of 70 per cent plastic.”
“Mine are made from cotton and are biodegradable, plus these will last so much longer than the disposable kind,” she said.
The clothes come in a range of designs and styles including soap pouches and make up remover pads.
