Comedy Doncaster Little Theatre launches its very first comedy club from 8.30pm. Taking to the stage will be Chris Brooker, Elliot J Huntley, Sully O’Sullivan, with Gareth Uwin as MC. Tickets available on 01302 340422.

THEATRE: A production of Alice in Wonderland will take place today and tomorrow at Balby Carr Community College at 7pm. Tickets for table seats are £3.50 and row seats £2.50, all available from the school office.

JAZZ: Winston’s Pennine Jazz will be in action at Doncaster Conservative Club, South Parade from 8.30pm. Admission is £5 on the door.

CHILDREN: Pre-school play groups take place every Thursday for babies and toddlers at Epworth’s Thurlow Pavilion. The musical themed events run from 9am to 10am for toddlers and 10am to 11am for babies.

DANCE: Fun, structured tuition in ballet, tap, jazz and street dance for children aged three years and upwards by an experienced and qualified teacher will take place at Blaxton Village Hall, Back Lane, Blaxton from 4.30pm. For further information please contact 07787521700.

TOMORROW

EVENTS: Town crier Henry Cryer presents the Ghost Walk of Doncaster taking in some of Doncaster’s ghosts and ghouls and spooky stories from outside the Barley Twist (Premier Inn), High Fishergate from 7.30pm. WALKS: Join Doncaster Ramblers on a circular walk taking in Clumber and Elkesley. The walk starts at the Manton Lodge entrance to Clumber Park. The 10-11 mile moderate walk sets off at 10am and includes lunch at Elkelsey. Contact 01302 533761 for details.

WALKS: The Austerfield Amble is the title of a walk organised as part of the Get Doncaster Walking festival. The six mile moderate walk sets off from the Austerfield Study Centre and takes in the village and its surrounding fields and woodlands.

WALKS: Meet at the car park adjacent to the toilets in Sandall Park for the Wheatley Wander, a 1.5 mile walk around the perimeter of Sandall Park. The walk, part of the Get Doncaster Walking Festival, sets off at 10.30am.

WALKS: Set out on the Snowdrop Festival Walk from Barnby Dun to Kirk Bramwith. The four mile walk sets off from Barnby Dun swingbridge at 10.30am. View the snowdrops en route and enjoy the craft fayre at Kirk Bramwith Church.

EVENTS: The regular Keepmoat Stadium car boot sale takes place from 6.30am to 12.30pm. Toilet and refreshment facilities will be available.
