As the tenth anniversary of Johnny Cash’s death approaches, the Johnny Cash roadshow rides into Yorkshire with two dates planned across the region.

Legendary country music icon, Johnny Cash passed away on September 12 2003, and his lasting musical legacy continues to go from strength to strength both in terms of the contemporary musical artists who cite him as an influence and the large number of tribute acts who travel the length of the country playing his music.

The Johnny Cash Roadshow is the only tribute act to be endorsed by the Cash family, and comes to the Spa Theatre in Bridlington on September 7 and the York Opera House on September 28.

Clive John takes on the role of the man in the black on the roadshow, and his resemblance to Johnny Cash has been described as ‘uncanny’ by the icons daughter, Roseanne Cash.
