Cadeby’s church hosts harvest event

A big display of healthy vegetables isolated on white, including savoy cabbage, cauliflower, vine tomatoes, flow tomatoes, broccoli, green courgette, yellow courgette, jalapeno peppers, leeks, sweet potato, potato, aubergine or eggplant, garlic, red and white onions, butternut squash gourd and miniature peppers.

A harvest festival and scarecrow competition is being held in Cadeby this weekend.

St John the Evangelist Church on Main Street will be open to the public from 10am on Saturday, September 14.

The harvest festival service will be led by vicar Rev Tony Sophianou at 3pm.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
