Singing sensation James Blunt is set to perform at Doncaster Racecourse this summer.
The popular venue confirmed platinum selling singer, James Blunt will take to the stage at the Town Moor track live after racing on Saturday, August 16.
The star, whose uncle worked for The Jockey Club, rose to fame in 2005 with the release of his platinum selling, debut studio album Back to Bedlam before achieving worldwide fame with the singles You’re Beautiful and Goodbye My Lover and has since gone on to sell 17 million albums and 20 million singles worldwide.
Blunt, who has earned a string of Brit Awards and endless international awards, is now back on the music scene with his fourth studio album, Moon Landing, and will be performing alongside his band in the third and final planned music event taking place at the racecourse this summer.

“It’s fantastic to see that he is back on the music scene and that he has chosen Doncaster Racecourse as a venue to perform. We’re expecting a large crowd on the day hoping to reminisce and sing along to some of his well-known hits as well as hear his new material.”
