PUBGOER Chris Brown was in the money - after walking away from his local with £1,000.
Chris, from Askern, scooped the cash from The Darrington for giving his feedback in a customer survey.
Chris, a frequent visitor to the pub on Estcourt Road, was entered into a monthly prize draw from combined entries of 800 pubs owned by Spirit Pub Company.
He said: “I’m still shocked I’ve won. I rarely fill these types of things in but on this occasion we had great experience and when prompted I could win £1,000 I thought why not? I think I’ll use the money to go towards a holiday for the family.”
General manager Paul Edgley, said: “It’s fantastic Chris won.”
