KNIGHTS will renew rivalries with Rotherham Titans this weekend with a place in the Championship play-off semi-finals still very much up for grabs.

But new boss-in-waiting Brett Davey has warned the Doncaster squad, after their superb 33-31 win at Bedford Blues blew Pool B wide open, not to take their eye off the ball.

A win for the Knights at Clifton Lane on Saturday (3pm) would see the Castle Park club leapfrog Bedford into the second semi-final spot.

That would pile the pressure on the Blues, who finished the regular league season in second spot behind Worcester, when they go to Pool B leaders Cornish Pirates on Sunday.

But Davey says Doncaster must concentrate solely on their own game.

Davey said: “Our destiny is in our own hands.
